At Synergy Health and Wellness our qualified medical providers are able to certify/recertify patients for Medical Cannabis. Our staff has over 25 years of experience treating mental and behavioral health issues along with counselling for wellness and healthy lifestyles. Our providers are well versed in the appropriate use of cannabinoids and terpenes to treat approved medical conditions.

Conditions we treat:

We certify patients for Medical Cannabis in the State of Utah. We also recertify patients looking for a new provider.

ADD/ADHD: We use standard medical treatments, including stimulants, along with biofeedback, herbal options and supplements.

Anxiety and Depression: We use standard treatments, including SSRI’s, SNRI’s and biofeedback along with herbal medications and supplements

Autism: We use standard treatments, including currently approved medications for anger, aggression, mood and focus. We also use approved herbal medications, medical cannabis and vitamin supplements.

Pain: We treat patients for pain arising from various causes including joint pain from old athletic injuries or just advanced age, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, and neuritic pain. We do not prescribe opiates but will guide you in the use of alternative measures including medical cannabis.
